I received excellent service from the employee Letícia. Great service.
Terrible service. I booked a consultation and cleaning for 1:30 PM. An hour and ten minutes later, I still hadn't been seen. When I said I didn't want it anymore and would cancel (since I had already paid), they took another 30 minutes to try to refund the money and still couldn't. I had to wait another day to receive it. An hour and forty minutes wasted with no compensation whatsoever.

There was indeed a delay in the service flow that day, which does not reflect the standard we strive to offer our patients. Regarding the refund, we followed the payment operator's procedure, which in some cases does not allow for immediate reimbursement, but the amount was duly processed.
