Rude people, they answer the phone with just a "hello," ask what you want, and hang up on you. Plus, getting customer service via WhatsApp is also difficult.
They don't answer, they see the messages but don't reply to WhatsApp messages.
Excellent, I received excellent service, the staff are super polite and the dentist is an excellent professional.

The cost of maintenance increases every year, they only replace the little rubber piece and nothing else, they don't even glue the parts properly!!! I'm fed up already.

Regarding the parts, we highly value the quality of service, and situations like this do not represent the standard we strive to offer. We would very much like to review your case carefully and correct any flaws, if any.
I had an evaluation and an X-ray done, but they refused to give me the results or even take a picture. The staff said it was internal company policy and that they don't even issue reports (which is a crime). Agency). It's not a trustworthy place if they aren't even willing to comply with the law, which is the bare minimum. It's a shame that even in downtown Campo Grande there aren't qualified professionals to provide healthcare services.
My experience so far hasn't been positive; the professionals leave much to be desired, they don't inspire confidence, and I confess I'm quite insecure. I don't know what private treatment is like, since I signed up for their plan.
