Wonderful, perfect service, the staff and doctors are very attentive and careful! I loved every detail of the service, and there was even a delightful massage chair!!!!! I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted with them and didn't feel any pain at all (wonderful doctor)!!!!

My experience at the clinic was incredible. I was warmly welcomed, they showed me around the place and, as a bonus, they even let me relax in a massage chair haha. The people were very polite, and the doctor was very attentive and clear about the necessary procedures.

Great experience, personalized service, excellent team that is very welcoming. In addition, they use a relaxing massage chair to calm patients before or after procedures. I loved it!
I've had implants done twice and I loved the results. Both the quality of the work and the overall service, from reception to the end of the procedure, were excellent. Everyone was a great professional. I highly recommend them!

Honestly, the clinic is well-rated on Google because they ask you to rate it promising a giveaway of something. In terms of structure, the clinic is wonderful. The service is good. regular cleaning, a regular service that isn't worth what was paid? Except for the clinic's structure, but the service itself isn't worth it to me. It was the same as if I had a cleaning that cost R$150. And I think the prices are very high compared to other clinics I've been a client of. For example, they charge R$2500.00 for the dental unit. It's absurd considering that the element doesn't cost R$1000.00 at the dental clinic. Of course, they have to make a profit, but the price is a bit high. In short, the clinic is good. The customer service is good, but the quality of service for the price should be premium, something different, which in reality it isn't.

Therefore, there is a misalignment between what was expected and what the procedure actually aims to deliver. As for the prices, we work with a proposal based on high-standard infrastructure, technology, biosecurity, a qualified team, and constant investment in professional development. This naturally impacts the cost. We perfectly understand that there are more affordable options on the market, and each patient should choose what makes the most sense for them. Regarding the Emax mentioned, it's important to bring up a technical point: it's not just about the "material," but the entire process involved. A highly skilled professional has invested years and significant resources in specialization, uses rigorous protocols, and works with top-tier laboratories. Comparing this solely based on the cost of materials is like comparing completely different realities. A laboratory lacking quality, even using good materials, will still deliver inferior results. The final value involves technique, experience, precision, and predictability of the outcome. Our clinic is for those who value technical quality, safety, and a differentiated experience. If your main criterion is price, this may not be the most suitable place for what you are looking for. In any case, we respect your opinion and remain at your disposal.
