The service was simply perfect! The receptionists are wonderful, super polite, attentive, and make you feel very comfortable from the very first moment. The doctors, especially Dr. Anna, are incredible and extremely professional, caring, and inspire a lot of confidence. Without a doubt, a clinic I recommend without hesitation!

When you first arrive at the service sales pitch, it's a wonderful experience. I contracted orthodontic treatment and wisdom tooth extraction. The extraction left me with complications because it affected the lingual nerve, a diagnosis not provided by the professional who performed the procedure. and are negatively surprised with each request. For example, they use the term "maintenance package" to avoid scheduling the maintenance that should have been done the previous month, which wasn't done due to scheduling conflicts, and then they say it's not possible to get a refund! I paid but I won't receive the service. When I mentioned cancellation, difficulties arose! You have to go in person because there's no customer service center! I arranged with the representative to go there and sign the cancellation form, but upon arrival I have to wait for them to call to cancel and then I can sign, always with different information! I do not recommend them! Not at all!

I haven't been able to get in touch. I'm still waiting for a response, they haven't replied. I've been talking to them on WhatsApp since this morning (8:32 AM) and now (1:02 PM) I haven't received any response.
The clinic had very bad professionals; they didn't remove all the decay from my sister's tooth, they left the decay and filled it with resin. My sister paid a lot and they refused to reimburse her.
