The receptionist only greets those who arrive by car; she didn't even look at the people who came for exams for the Alpargatas company. We spent hours in the rain with empty chairs inside the clinic. There was no organization in terms of service. I do not recommend it.

Our reception area is exclusively for dental patients, with scheduled and private appointments, always prioritizing respect, welcoming atmosphere, and organization. The intense and disorganized flow mentioned was related to services provided by an independent company located on the first floor of the building, with no connection to our clinic. We remain available to answer any questions about our dental services.
The cleaning, which lasted only a few minutes, left the few plaques I had. Upon returning, the dentist used a small instrument (probe) that I could have removed myself at home. Not to mention the unnecessary replacement of the filling; I questioned a small hole that remained, and he said it wouldn't be a problem. Less than four months later, the material fell out! When I needed an evaluation and didn't know who to go to, God showed me Dr. Christiane's Instagram, and when I saw her, I felt a sense of peace and knew that was the place. I am very satisfied with the treatment and care at the clinic. I feel very welcomed and loved by each of the staff members.
