Generally, there was no information provided to the patient, no information about the risks, and placing an unreliable material right before the weekend without a filling made no sense. Most likely, it was placed incorrectly, cracked under the pressure of my bite, and opened the cavity. I recommend avoiding this particular dentist – Natalia Goc. I have no complaints about the other specialists.

Dr. Prokopiuk insisted that there was no other option but crowns for some teeth. When I said it was too expensive, he suggested some material (I think it was called PMMA) that is used temporarily on the tooth. He suggested I could wear one for up to three years. I refused to wear one, and he pushed the costs elsewhere. At another office, they were surprised that someone wanted to do a full set of teeth, up to a 7-inch tooth, when I could still see teeth up to a 5-inch tooth. Overall, I am very disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I spent a lot of money there, but in reality, I walked out. Nothing. I should add that I also had re-endodontics done by Dr. Kisiel. The tooth still hurt, and it was half as long. They explained that I'd be doing it with Dr. Prokopiuk anyway, so they'd make it worse. It's a disaster. I'm currently having my teeth done at another clinic. I have dummy teeth placed on two teeth because I'm waiting for a crown, for only two weeks, and the cost per tooth was 250 PLN. Dr. Prokopiuk wanted to put dummy teeth (made of PMMA) on for three years, and the cost was 2000 PLN. There's a difference, isn't there? If you don't want to waste your money, don't go there. I recommend Monika, the hygienist.

From the beginning, the doctor clearly informed me about the costs and recommendations, and throughout the entire visit, she made sure I felt comfortable and safe. I also had root canal treatment with Wioletta Bielas and fillings with Aneta Buczko. In both cases, she demonstrated complete professionalism and caring. Aneta explained exactly what needed to be done and ensured that each visit was painless. Importantly, at this clinic, I don't feel like anyone's trying to rip me off with extra costs. I even received a recommendation for a place where I could get wisdom tooth extractions covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ) if I couldn't afford private treatment. Despite this, I opted for a private procedure at the clinic, and it was a perfect choice; I have absolutely no regrets. Thanks to the friendly atmosphere and the decor, which adds a light touch and makes the office seem less "scary," a visit to the dentist is no longer a traumatic experience for me, but a peaceful experience. It's a place I return to with complete confidence and highly recommend!

However, impressions are only available for an additional fee, but ultimately, it's impossible to get them. At another clinic, impressions are issued without any problems and without any additional fees, just like issuing the entire documentation. I believe it was a wise decision not to start treatment there.
