implants don't require bone grafting. We researched them thoroughly on the Nurident website, and I contacted Ivo, the coordinator for German-speaking patients. Everything went smoothly via WhatsApp. All the remaining teeth in her upper and lower jaw were extracted. Sure, it wasn't pleasant, but there was no inflammation. The implants were placed in the same appointment. It was very quick. Then my friend had to wear a temporary prosthesis for three months. It was cemented in place, so it was much more comfortable than a removable one. The stitches from the extractions were a bit bothersome, as was the slight lisp with the temporary prosthesis, but it was only for three months. Then we returned to Sofia. On Monday, three more implants were placed in addition to the 16 already in place. She was then able to choose her new crowns from twelve different designs. By Thursday, her teeth were ready, and my friend was overjoyed when she looked in the mirror. Everything fits perfectly. Our thanks go to Dr. Nuri for placing the implants, to Dr. Tsankova for all the subsequent work (extremely meticulous), to Ivo for interpreting and organizing, and to the drivers who were always punctual. My friend is very grateful that Nurident gave her a new smile, and all without bone grafting. Highly recommended! Update after two years: We just got back from our second check-up appointment. Everything is perfect, no problems with the implants or the teeth. The appointments are free, and everything was once again perfectly organized by Ivo. t professionalism. The transfers were perfectly managed, and the hotel provided was of very good quality. This first experience was truly positive and inspired confidence. I would also like to highlight the kindness of the translators and the driver. However, my second stay was completely different and much more difficult. I was treated by a different practitioner, Dr. Georgi Stoilov, whose behavior was very disappointing: he was not very communicative, very abrupt, and clearly gave the impression of being annoyed. In a context as sensitive as this type of major procedure, a gentle and empathetic approach is essential, I believe! The most concerning point remains an incident during the procedure: while filing down the implants, the practitioner was excessively rough, to the point of dislodging one. This was a particularly shocking and worrying experience. I therefore wish to emphasize a real lack of consistency in the quality of care and medical supervision. This is all the more regrettable given that the first part of the treatment had been exemplary. I recommend that the clinic pay particular attention to the consistency of its teams and the quality of patient follow-up, in order to avoid this type of situation. My overall experience remains very mixed.
