It has been a difficult situation because my mother lives in the U.S., where no local dentist wanted to take responsibility for correcting a procedure performed overseas. She has returned to NOW Dental multiple times, but they have never acknowledged the horrible job they did or offered a real solution. Instead, they've asked for additional payments to fix the problems they created. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before moving forward with any procedure at this clinic. ---------------------------------------------------------- My mother had a full veneer design at NOW Dental about four years ago. The procedure cost over 20 million pesos (around US$5,000). Although she felt her teeth were too compromised for the treatment, the doctor insisted everything would be fine, so she decided to go ahead. Unfortunately, from day one, this treatment has been a nightmare, from food getting trapped in what appear to be hollow cavities to episodes of inflammation in her gums and the internal tissues of her mouth. It has been a very difficult process because my mother lives in the United States, and no dentist there has been willing to take responsibility for a procedure performed abroad. She has returned to NOW Dental several times, but they have never taken responsibility for the poor work they did. On the contrary, they have asked her for more money to correct the problems they themselves caused. I recommend seeking a second opinion before undergoing any treatment at this clinic.

Hello! Unfortunately, your mother's condition was compromised over the years due to poor hygiene practices, which compromised a crown on a tooth. This isn't the case for all treatments. It was recommended from the beginning that implants were not ideal, but that the best option was implants, and she refused to accept the recommendation. That's why, over time, the crown didn't work. The medical history and x-rays confirm this. We are always available to help solve our patients' problems.

Based on my personal experience, I am completely grateful and delighted. The staff, from assistants to doctors, were incredibly attentive, the cleanliness was outstanding, and they were extremely helpful to patients. And as for the results of my teeth, I am 100% satisfied. I am completely in love.

I just did a complete set of ceramic veneers. My experience was very great, treated me with respect and love even though my Spanish wasn’t that good. Good communication. Very much recommend! Best in Colombia!
