Those took all the enamel off my front teeth and turned them to nubs. I had many other problems, too. I walked into the office and it didn’t even have the “smell” that I’ve been used to. The office was extremely clean and the staff were amazing. Feliza and I have been communicating via email and phone. She’s exceptional! I had a lot of teeth pulled and I was sedated (again, extremely afraid). The dentists I’ve had in the past have done nothing but make my teeth and experiences bad. Novadent made partial dentures for me. Dr. Michael Acosta was my doc and after completing my last visit, I teared up after seeing my new smile and I gave him a hug. In Connecticut, they wanted over $16k for the same thing I received here, for a fraction of the cost. I wish I did this so much sooner. Thank you so much, Novadent! No need to search elsewhere! This is where you need to go for all your dental work!

Both visits great experience … no pain from removing teeth, bone grafting or healing. Had the 4 and done implants on bottom and 8 crowns. t sure about part of the treatment, and instead of rushing me, the doctor Sergio actually took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. That really stood out to me. You can tell they know what they’re doing but also that they care about you feeling comfortable and confident I’ve been to a few other places around here, and this one just doesn’t compare. TERRIBLE!!! Do better research than I did! This place is JUST AWEFUL!!! We sat in the waiting room for several hours (on day 1 they said they were waiting for the CT results and on day 2 waiting for the dentures…) both appts took ALL DAY! the room! (his father kept coming into the room to help him!!)! He kept pushing implants, ignoring my requests for reline dentures. He finally understood that that was all I wanted, he quoted me 1 price, did the molds then charged me double that to have them ready the next day (not what we had agreed upon but if I wanted them made I had to pay before leaving). Day 2 was EVEN WORSE!!! Sat in the waiting room for ~2hrs! Then in the dentist chair for another 2 while he (and his father) tried to make the NEW dentures fit!!! After several adjustments the upper fit in my mouth pretty good (needed a little glue) and I loved how the lower fit my gums… BUT THEY DIDN’T FIT TOGETHER in my mouth, THEY HURT when I tried to shut my mouth, and biting down was not even an option. He kept telling me it was because I needed implants!!! (I wear my old dentures every day without difficulty; was just looking for a snugger fit) My mouth was bleeding from him putting the dentures in and out, his father kept adjusting them… I couldn’t do it anymore… you can see how they somehow were twisted but that didn’t matter… I had to leave; my anxiety was so overwhelming… THEY OFFERED TO GIVE ME VALIUM!!! TO SIT THERE AND KEEP TRYING TO FIT THESE TWISTED DENTURES!!! VALIUM TO FIT DENTURES!!! They charged me $1030 for useless dentures, I’d NEVER trust them doing $18000 worth of implants!!!

This was a smooth and easy trip and process for me. I got two root canals and one implant. Dr. Mike was especially kind and careful. And Mary at the front desk was very communicative and helpful. I do recommend visiting with them and I will be back.

My daughter and I were both seen at this dentist office. We both had separate Dentist and they were amazing. They were very thorough. I received an estimate to get my teeth repaired and it was a very fair estimate. The bathroom was clean the facility was clean. Everybody I came encounter with spoke good English. Maria, the receptionist, was very helpful. I highly recommend this dental office.
