I am very satisfied with the services of the Noradent dental office. The team is young, capable and ambitious. It is obvious that they invest a lot of resources and effort in their development. Whenever I have a problem, they react quickly and solve it painlessly. I highly recommend it!

Not impressed at all. Looks well equipped, but you may find yourself in a situation where the owner (I believe) starts the session and then find out at the end that at some point during the procedure there was a quick swap and that your treatment was then taken over by one of her younger and significantly less experienced associates. My problems with the treatment were almost imminent, but I had already left the country after a short visit. Not that I would have returned to that place anyway. Prices definitely do not respond to the level of service I received. Not sure whether these were the standard prices, or whether I was charged extra, as there was no price list on display in the waiting area, which I believe is a legal requirement throughout the civilized world. Anyway, I relied on the number of positive reviews so it might have been a one off, but in any case do your research, ask as many questions as you can before you start, and perhaps you might be able to find a more suitable and definitely a cheaper practice to have some fillings done. And by done I mean a foreseeable outcome as you would received elsewhere, not having to have them redone/adjusted very shortly afterwards.

Dear Mr. Leskov Dol, Thank you for your feedback although me and my team felt rather frustrated after reading it. You see, we are one of those rare dental studios where we manage to build special and somehow close relationships with all our patients. We happen to know all of them. Having said that, we cannot recall having a patient with your name and that leads us to the conclusion that either you have reviewed the wrong venue or you are hiding under a nickname while your name's initials must be I.L. (we, of course, respect your anonymous approach and will not reveal your full name to the public). Well, Mr. I.L. you actually visited us 3 times in total. How come you reach out to us that many times and now claiming you are that much disappointed? Moreover, all your last minute bookings have been accepted although we tend to have a very tight schedule but we thought we had to suit the urgent nature of your requests not to mention you told us you are also a dentist and we felt even more empathetic. While being examined during your third visit you brought to us your own dental treatment plan and wanted us to follow it. This was somehow awkward enough itself but we admitted it. You also required us to use specific materials for the fillings which were one of the most expensive ones available on the market. The good news back then was that we use those by default. As a matter of fact you told us in person you are satisfied with the treatment we provided you with. You shared the same thoughts every time you were leaving the dental studio. Now it turns out you were not honest as the review tells us exactly the opposite. But that's OK, honesty is a virtue hard to find these days. Mr. I.L., we are really sorry you feel dissatisfied but please be aware that no matter the circumstances, we provided you with the best dental treatment possible and by all means we do not agree with any of the accusations mentioned in your review. Anyway, we wish you all the best and hope you will find a dental specialist who will meet all your needs and requirements.
