Lack of professionalism. They're all about appearances. It's regrettable what we went through with them. I would never recommend them. Pure nonsense. Go to Sorridente, which is the same level: TERRIBLE!! Except that Nippo Dents charges the price of a small car and the professionals have no competence whatsoever. They lost more than 6 family members.

We were surprised by your feedback, especially considering the excellent relationship we have always had during your four visits to the clinic. During these visits, both I and our receptionist Mariana witnessed your spontaneous compliments, highlighting the welcoming environment, the team's attitude, and the confidence you felt seeing "all the patients happy with their treatments." That being said, it's important to clarify that you are not a patient of the clinic and therefore did not undergo any evaluation or treatment with our specialists. The patient in question is your wife, who began with an emergency aesthetic procedure and subsequently underwent a new evaluation for a more complete oral rehabilitation treatment, naturally of greater clinical complexity and added value. From that point on, we noticed a change in your attitude, which surprised us, since until then all contact had been cordial, respectful, and positive. Out of respect for the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and the patient's privacy, we will only clarify that all initial care provided was consistent with the contracted treatment. Regarding the comparison made with another dental network, we reiterate that we do not evaluate or comment on the work of other clinics, based on ethical and professional principles. We also recognize the success of this network in the national dental retail market, with its well-defined positioning and target audience. Nippo Dents Odontologia has almost 30 years of history and a reputation built on solid values: ethics, transparency, clinical excellence, and respect for the patient.
