Regarding your point that 10 days isn't enough time, that's true. A tooth with pulpitis, depending on the condition, can't be treated and then have to return home for further treatment if it's not completed in time. So, to ensure your daughter's well-being, we advised you to return home for treatment. As for your son's dissatisfaction with the filling, we received a customer care message and a follow-up appointment, and he didn't say a single word about not liking it. I had my teeth cleaned at this clinic in Nha Trang, and everything went perfectly. The service was very attentive, and they gave me some recommendations after the procedure. complicated case (which I knew and mentioned beforehand when making the appointment), and then simply bluffed me out. When I made the appointment, I was given a price range of 3,500 million to 4 million dong. In fact, the doctor quoted 6 million dong but advised me to go to the hospital to have the tooth removed under general anesthesia (my tooth crosses the inferior alveolar nerve). I asked what the cost was based on, as I'd been quoted a different price previously, and whether they could perform the removal themselves under general anesthesia. I was told they only offer local anesthesia, so I didn't receive an answer as to why the price had increased. I was ready for the extraction today because my case doesn't tolerate a long wait (which I had informed the consultant on Facebook in advance), but the doctor said that extractions are only performed in the morning and that he is closed for the next couple of days. Why didn't the consultant tell me this RIGHT AWAY? I wouldn't even consider visiting this clinic. I was also told earlier, "If you have the extraction done here, the CT scan fee won't be included." In fact, the consultant on Facebook did everything they could to simply schedule me, wasting my time and not even warning me about operating hours, and the doctor at this clinic couldn't help me, with the message, "I can certainly try, but all responsibility is yours, and if I touch a nerve, you will be held responsible." And even if I try, it won't be in the next couple of days. And you'll also be overpaying for such a pleasure, so it's better to go to the hospital." I started asking questions that interested me as a client with a complicated tooth, in order to find out as much information as possible for myself, and asked for an X-ray and CT scan to be emailed to me. The doctor seemed tired of talking to me and said he was in a hurry and had clients waiting. I WAITED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR, are you kidding? But as soon as I left, the receptionist ran to me with a phone number, where the price of a CT scan was listed at 500,000 dong. No one even asked if I wanted to schedule an extraction later. But, come on, of course I don't. They sent the X-ray and CT scan anyway, thank you. As a result: 0 transparency in pricing 0 customer-focused reception 0 help in complex cases 0 desire from the Facebook consultant to understand the situation 0 organization and time management 100 bureaucracy 100 emphasis on quantity Patients I don't recommend this clinic if you need a complicated tooth extraction. Cleaning or extractions are the most you'll need.

We have a language barrier, so communication through translation software may have led to some misunderstandings and unclear points during the consultation, especially regarding the complex wisdom tooth case with many specialized terms. From the beginning of the consultation on our fan page, you mentioned the complexity of your wisdom tooth case and asked about the cost of examination, consultation, X-ray, and extraction. In our online consultation, we clearly stated that the examination was free, the X-ray cost 500,000 VND, and the cost would be waived if extraction was performed. The quoted prices for the two extraction methods were for cases we were able to perform. Regarding the complexity of your wisdom tooth, we need a CT scan and a direct examination before we can give you an accurate price quote. We will only take the scan and provide a consultation if you agree. We quote the standard cost for an extraction if we accept it. However, for your case, we cannot perform the extraction and recommend you go to a hospital for anesthesia. We are not aware of any software errors at this point, but everything has been clearly communicated; there is no lack of transparency. The doctor has anticipated all the potential risks. The receptionist also mentioned that our schedule is quite busy from now until the end of the week. We will contact you if needed. Your case is complex, so we cannot perform the extraction and have referred you to a hospital for anesthesia. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Because you requested a specialist in wisdom tooth extractions to directly advise you, but when you arrived, the doctor was in the middle of another extraction. The receptionist explained and asked for your understanding, as this was a perfectly reasonable situation; they couldn't abandon a patient midway through their extraction. We sincerely apologize for the long wait and your dissatisfaction. Regarding the issue of trying to schedule an appointment through the page, that was incorrect. You were the one who proactively requested an appointment with us. We have your message history. We listened to your feedback and learned from it to improve our consultations using translation software. However, we hope you understand your dental condition and share accurate information. Amazing clinic. Very attentive and caring staff. They don't prescribe unnecessary procedures, which for me is a huge sign of quality and honest work. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Excellent clinic, everything was done quickly and efficiently. My 3.5-year-old child had a cavity removed and a tooth filled for 200,000 dong. At the end of my vacation, I lost a filling. I went to the clinic. They saw me the next day, took x-rays, and offered several treatment options, including a tartar removal. I was very pleased with everything; everything was clean and sterile. The prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend them!

🇸🇪 I was here on December 12, 2025 for a drop-in visit. I was taken care of by dentist Ngan. I covered 5 tooth necks that were visible and cause icing when I drink hot and cold drinks. I had my teeth cleaned from tartar and I had teeth whitening. All for 1850 Swedish kronor. The treatment was soft, friendly and professional. irritated or stressed. The treatments were done without any anesthesia and I usually get treatment for my tooth necks before tartar is removed (at home in Sweden) but I felt almost nothing. The treatment was performed with ultrasound(?) and water (not sure, but there wasn't much with scraping tools). The teeth whitening was performed with UV light and took a total of 20(?) minutes, maybe a little more. All treatments took a total of about 2 hours. So be prepared that it may take time and feel free to ask before if you are like me, a control person. Ask how long it will take and what they will do, because then they will get on with it! Non-stop. I had the opportunity to take time out and ask questions in the middle of the treatment so that was good, but for my own peace of mind I should have checked more before. Finally. I am very satisfied with the treatment. I had hoped for a little brighter teeth, but I understand that all teeth are different and have different conditions.
