I went to this clinic on the recommendation of a friend because I broke a tooth. I showed up without an appointment, and the receptionists greeted me warmly with Russian-language cards. Five minutes later, I was already getting a 3D x-ray, even though there were a lot of patients. After the x-ray, I had a consultation with the head doctor, Doan Manh Cuong, in excellent Russian. They determined a treatment plan and did a cleaning. I had to part with the tooth, and a crown was chosen. In two visits, I got the cleaning, crown, and filling. The clinic is modern, has good equipment, a pleasant atmosphere, and a professional team. I am very pleased with the result and that everything worked out despite the holiday rush before Tet. Everything was very organized from the very first step: at reception, they asked about the language, gave me a questionnaire in that language, took before/after photos, a free 3D scan, and referred me to the doctor. The head doctor spoke Russian—they thoroughly reviewed my scans and created a plan. Next, I had a professional cleaning—the most thorough I've ever had. You can choose the number of steps, but I chose the medium option. Each tooth was treated step by step, polished, and then applied a protective gel. The price was $27, which was completely worth it. The clinic is well-equipped, they're generous with consumables, and each doctor has their own assistant. I'd especially like to mention the removal of two wisdom teeth. I was very scared, but the doctor explained everything calmly, responded sensitively to my stress, covered me with a blanket, and gave me time to compose myself. There was no pain during the procedure, and the staff was very supportive. Afterwards, there's an observation, a follow-up 3D scan, and a full recovery kit: detailed instructions in Russian, medications, tampons, ice, chlorhexidine, and even teeth in boxes. Plus, several days of free UV treatment with healing monitoring. Removal of two wisdom teeth: $109. The level of service and care is simply amazing. Highly recommended.
