What these reviews add up to.
5.8 out of 10
Overall score
Nha Khoa Lan Anh is a well-established multi-branch dental group in Ho Chi Minh City with 40+ years of operation, CBCT and CEREC in-house technology, and insurance billing for international patients. Review pool of 132 total with zero verified reviews and a perfect 5-star average raises authenticity concerns, though named-doctor specificity in individual reviews suggests a genuine patient base. Infrastructure and equipment are solid for the price point, but the absence of published dentist credentials limits confidence for high-spend dental tourists.

Price value
7/10Baseline 7: one reviewer notes more expensive than elsewhere but thorough. CEREC same-day crowns, Invisalign, insurance billing. Mid-range for Vietnam. Final 7.
Tourist suitability
5/10Baseline 6: English staff implied, WhatsApp/Viber/WeChat/Zalo, 5 branches HCMC, insurance billing. -1 no explicit tourist-focused page or airport logistics. Final 5.

Dr. Nguyen is extremely skilled. Other clinics said my cracked tooth had to be extracted and replaced with an implant, but Dr. Nguyen offered a much better treatment option. Now my tooth no longer hurts, it has recovered well, and I can eat comfortably again. Thank you very much Doctor!

The doctor made an appointment for a patient at 5:00 PM but kept them waiting until after 6:00 PM. When asked for the reason, they said the doctor was busy. While the patient was in the restroom for about 2 minutes, the doctor couldn't wait and went to take on another patient. Does the doctor have any respect for his patients?
