I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was served on time, which saved me a lot of time.
During the treatment, each step was explained to me, so I didn't feel anxious or surprised throughout the process.
Teeth cleaning. I had scheduled an appointment for 4 PM. Upon arrival, they made me wait until 5:15 PM without even getting my teeth cleaned. I don't know why I scheduled the appointment, or what the customer service staff are for when they operate like this. Not to mention, the staff at this branch are dishonest.
I get my teeth cleaned regularly here, and each time it's gentle and thorough, without the excessive bleeding I experienced before.

Quality comes with the price. I had my wisdom tooth extracted very smoothly and I've been wearing in-visible braces for two years now.

The dental clinic is very expensive, but when you make an appointment, they always call you to say you're rescheduling it. They make you wait 30 minutes to an hour. After you've confirmed your appointment, they keep calling to say they're busy, so it's really frustrating coming here. Appointments are constantly being rescheduled.
I hope the receptionists will be more welcoming to customers.
