I had my teeth scaled and filled. The doctor and staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the price was reasonable. 2 fillings came off between the two adjacent teeth 7-8 months ago. When I contacted them again, they only gave me a 3-month warranty. Before, at other places, my fillings took years to come off. :)

Filling gaps between teeth will only make them wider, so I should get braces instead? I have discussed this with the doctor, reviewed the camera footage, and recorded the conversation with the receptionist. I have noted the following: 1. Did you call the clinic at 0949914848 to inquire about prices before coming for the service? We provided the full price quote over the phone and at the counter, right? 2. You wanted to fill your wife's gap teeth, but the gap was too large. The doctor explained that for aesthetics, each gap should have two fillings to create a balanced look. There are three gaps, so six fillings would cost 300k VND per cavity, totaling 1.8 million VND. You disagreed, and the doctor did not proceed. Therefore, we did not pressure or coerce you into using the service until the price was agreed upon. Is my explanation incorrect? 3. Your girlfriend before receiving the teeth cleaning service. Your girlfriend mentioned she's been experiencing bleeding and swelling gums lately. Our doctor explained that the cause of the bleeding gums is periodontal disease, gingivitis due to excessive tartar buildup, food impaction, and improper flossing. Although you and your girlfriend had requested a scaling and filling at the reception desk, the doctor reminded you which service you wanted during the consultation. You agreed to the scaling. The scaling on your upper teeth went smoothly, right? But the lower teeth were painful and bleeding heavily due to gingivitis. You requested a local anesthetic to avoid pain. Your husband also objected to the anesthetic, telling you, "If you're so good, why don't you lie in the chair and have it done yourself?" He remained silent. Our doctor does not add services without your request. Our doctor also doesn't fabricate problems to increase your expenses. Everything was communicated to you before the procedure. 4. My doctor also made a mistake by not informing me of the additional costs incurred when using the medication. I have reminded him and sincerely apologize for this unintentional incident. 5. When using additional services, you want them free. You should reconsider. Are you right or wrong? 6. We can refund and negotiate the costs, but you used social media to threaten my doctor, which I think is inappropriate. This applies to our services in particular and other services in general. And I respectfully decline to provide further service to you.
