seeing a dentist, we just say we're cancelling and leave. Dentist didn't call the first patient until 12:30, even though she was there from 12? What's the point of this clinic? Reception staff don't care, nor communicate about delays/times. They just eat snacks and play videos on their phones. Go to literally any other dentist.
