What a great experience! I have found my new dentist. No one has ever taken the time to examine my teeth and educate me on how to keep them healthy. I wish I had found them sooner. State of the art facilities! I highly recommend.

Came to New Age Dental clinic and I was very impressed with the service. The location is in a nice building and the dental office is very clean and friendly staff and the prices are affordable. Definitely recommend and will continue to come here to this dental office.

Fantastic first-time experience! I had two fillings replaced and two new fillings done. They took great care of my teeth, did a thorough cleaning with X-rays, and everything was very affordable. Highly recommended!

Not really sure where all these perfect reviews are coming from, but when I was there confusion reigned supreme. Had to wait an hour past my appointment time with little apology or explanation besides "the dentist is in a meeting". Note: they did offer to give me a free cleaning for the inconvenience, but I question how meaningful this is in the grand scheme of things, or how often they toss…

s that on, or if an extra $70 was just padded somewhere else into my bill / costs. Asked about the shuttle service when booking, and when I crossed the border the shuttle was nowhere to be found, and no one contacted me, I walked to the clinic (fortunately it's not far from the crossing). I know my dental case is complex because my teeth are terrible, but I struggled to get a consistent answer about what my appointments were for, or what the plan was. They also confused me with another patient more than once (use caution). They kept my 50$ deposit after failing to communicate clearly the purpose of an upcoming visit (crossing the border and, traveling costs money). Granted I did not cancel before their 72 hour requirement, but I expected some compromise. I know all of this may sound like I am nitpicking, but this isn't a fast food order or a minor purchase, I was going to spend around 20k I was not impressed by the service. Honestly this experience kind of puts me off going back to TJ for any dental care. Proceed with caution. OH, and this is dumb to complain about... but on the intake form they did ask what music I like, to which I wrote "EDM" (electronic dance music) , for some reason they gave me country... Not a big deal, but everyone raves about getting to pick out your own music, so I thought I would share my experience. Do not trust this place. Very inexperienced horrible. Came all the way to get my crown and 2 hrs later it broke. Now they are closed and tomorrow it’s Sunday.
