When, during the grinding, I politely but firmly indicated to the doctor, who was chatting casually with his assistant about God knows what topics from shopping, "Doctor, don't be angry, do you mind that I'm here too?", the answer was that he couldn't work quietly (to which I said that sometimes he could also ask what's wrong with me!) This was the first point when I felt: I wasn't getting what I needed. After the grinding, there was no problem with the temporary denture, but the final, finished tooth hadn't been in for 2 minutes when they immediately pressed the paper into my hand to make me sign that I would take over and accept the finished denture. That's when I should have stood up! 2 years later 1. the upper left single tooth broke off, at which point I went back and the doctor put an edge restoration on it, which took 35 minutes (until the subway), and then an even bigger piece cracked off the tooth. 2. the circular bridge cracked first next to the lower right single tooth, halfway behind it. This was in 2021.11. Dr. Zsolt Luib examined the fracture, then said the following about the lower one: "Well, yes, it already has a life of its own, I'd rather let this story go". About the upper one: "I'll do the edge replacement for free". However, the doctor forgot to say that it would almost certainly break within a certain deadline, which happened half a year later, but not just any way: the circular bridge cracked along the fracture line while eating and flew out of my mouth along with my lower right quad! The dental profession is as closed as the world of film: I went from doctor to doctor until I managed to get to a forensic expert, who explained where the doctor and the technician made mistakes. Dr. Zsolt Luib's position: I should go to his wife (he refuses to fix his own work!!!), the warranty period has expired, so 2.5 years after the procedures, I have a cracked and broken, unfixable zirconia denture in my mouth for 1.5 million forints, and he even snapped at me at the end when I argued with him to make me understand that he was earning that much. My answer, even publicly, is that I don't, and I am convinced that they will have no intention of compensating me with anything unless I sue them. In the end, it turned out that the zirconia bridge of the lady who recommended them was also cracked, so it would be worth thinking about how unfair this is to the patient. Because that 1.5 million had to be put together. If it were a car, we would have been in the courtroom a long time ago. For the sake of it all, I quit smoking, stopped eating nuts/hazelnuts, and took care of my teeth like the apple of my eye. If someone wants a bridge, go somewhere else, where the patient is the focus (and the doctor at least tries to maintain the appearance that he is not there just for the money); and read very carefully how long the warranty is - but it is not 1 year! I can't "let this story go", since 3/4 of it is still in. As an interpreter, everyone is watching my mouth, I will not get away with having the entire lower-upper teeth redone. Update 2023.06.12: the bridge between the upper left 4/5 teeth also broke, so the upper left 5th had to be pulled out yesterday. Removing the broken bridge + tooth extraction = another torture. The entire lower-upper bridge remains have to be removed. So it only lasted 3.5 years, while the previous metal ceramic was in the mouth for almost 30 years, in terms of price/value ratio it was at most good for student money, but a bit expensive for that. and now you're claiming that I wasn't at the check-up when you made the first edge restoration yourself, which fell off again within half an hour?

d efficiently. They are also a perfect choice for dental emergencies. During the treatments, they always made sure that I did not feel any pain or discomfort. The office is always clean, well-maintained, sophisticated and friendly. I receive a reminder message before the treatment, which is also useful, and if I needed a modification, they were flexible and kind in helping me find a new appointment.

s probably the first time I have ever felt like I don't want to run away from the place as soon as possible because they are being fake nice to me and the whole thing is suffering. I don't usually write reviews, but I am simply grateful that there is someone I can trust without question and I will finally not postpone making an appointment because of this anymore. And this is simply because I know that I am in good hands and they are happy to see me.

After two years, the dentist came to the conclusion that the roots would not move after the tooth was pulled into the hole, and that only a bridge could be placed. Therefore, I asked for compensation, they agreed, but they made me sign that I could no longer contact them in any way and that I could not publish anything about them. Then I decided to visit the dentists with the best reviews in Budapest (minimum number of reviews 70+). I went to 5 places, where they suggested more or less the same thing: at least two teeth should be pulled out because of the lot of movement, and at least two should be polished, on which a five-unit bridge can be placed. Some did not agree, some just scolded my previous dentist, some came up with a horrific amount, some were very kind and professional about the situation, but 3 different doctors performed the removal of the braces / the tooth extractions / the polishing of the teeth for the bridge, which would have taken 1-2 months... ...then there was Dr. Zsolt Luib, who was the nicest of them all, did not say a bad word about my previous dentist (and I like to scold :D), came up with the most correct price quote and offered an appointment for the next day, where he would do everything himself!! He did an excellent job, it turned out that my teeth were incredibly sensitive after the polishing, but he was understanding and relaxed, and the whole team welcomed me with a friendly atmosphere every time, so they definitely won me over as a returning guest, and I can confidently say that Dr. Zsolt Luib and the Netfog team are currently the best in the profession in Budapest!
