They make us sign the plan forms on a cell phone where we can't even see what's being charged. The dentist asked about complaints and I mentioned a cavity that had appeared. He didn't even examine the other teeth and filled the cavity I mentioned, WITHOUT USING ANESTHESIA,…

claiming it could cause colic in the baby (since I'm breastfeeding), even though research indicates that local anesthesia used in dental procedures is safe for breastfeeding. He started the procedure without informing me or asking about the anesthesia. He only told me when I screamed in pain. I was outraged. During the cleaning, he seemed to be digging into my gums. When applying the fluoride, it was more on my cheek than on my teeth. In addition to all these atrocities, the dentist spoke rudely to the assistant, which made me extremely uncomfortable. And to top it all off, this horror show had a perfect ending: he practically put a cell phone (a highly filthy object) inside my mouth to take a picture of the filling, claiming the insurance required it. Not to mention the dentist's terrible breath (when he should have been an example of good oral hygiene).
Dr. Roberto is an excellent professional! He performed the removal of my four wisdom teeth very smoothly. Throughout the entire procedure, he was extremely attentive, conveying calm and confidence. If I had 20 wisdom teeth, I would definitely choose him to remove them all!
