the address that day, so this appointment also didn't take place. This was our mistake, and we have no complaints about it. We then scheduled a third appointment. Before this appointment, I again prepaid 200 zlotys. The payment was made, and I have the confirmation, the transaction code, and the receipt. When my husband arrived for the third appointment, the receptionist didn't take into account the prepayment, and as a result, he was charged the full amount, without deducting the 200 zlotys he had already paid. So, the clinic essentially overcharged us for 200 zlotys. After I discovered this error, I called the clinic to ask them to resolve the issue and refund the overpayment. They told me my husband should resolve the issue himself via SMS. SMS didn't resolve the issue. Their main argument was that we allegedly didn't have a screenshot confirming that we notified the clinic of the payment in advance. The payment itself is confirmed by the receipt and transaction details. Later, I went to the clinic in person to resolve the situation on the spot. The administrator, Natalia, spoke to me in an unfriendly manner, repeatedly insisting she couldn't help, refusing to provide contact information for someone who could actually resolve the issue, and showing no interest in addressing the obvious error. When I asked to contact the accounting department or the person in charge, I received a response along the lines of, "I'm not going to do anything; a manager will contact you tomorrow." The problem is very simple: we were overcharged 200 zlotys, and instead of a prompt resolution, we were met with refusal, rudeness, and a complete lack of customer service. It's especially disappointing that my negative impression of the clinic wasn't due to the doctors or the treatment, but solely due to the behavior of the administrator, Natalia, who doesn't do her job properly and doesn't contribute to conflict resolution. It's employees like this that ruin people's feelings about the company as a whole. I'm a regular customer and find this kind of treatment unacceptable. Because of this situation and the administrator's behavior, I'm seriously considering not using this clinic anymore. It's a shame that an issue that could have been resolved calmly and professionally in a few minutes escalated into a conflict.
