My Auris Dental Clinic

I don't recommend anyone come here or use any dental services. They specialize in scamming overseas Vietnamese. Be careful 🙏 All doctors and nurses are inexperienced. This is the worst service I've ever had in Vietnam. This is the worst dental clinic I've ever encountered. If there were a 0-star rating, I'd give it 0, let alone 1 star. I was recommended to have a 2-tooth removable denture made, and to return 6 months later for a 22-tooth porcelain bridge. I paid a 50% deposit, and they said I'd pay the remaining 50% the next day. When I returned on Monday to pick up the denture, it had a large hole and didn't fit properly. The doctors were evasive, shifting responsibility to others. They pressured me to pay the full amount, but I said the product was defective, didn't fit properly, and I refused to pay the remaining 50%. I also didn't have time to stay in Vietnam to get another set of dentures made. They promised to finish it in 2 days. 1. A receptionist in a black dress told me, "If you only pay 50%, then we'll split the removable dentures in half, you get half, I get half." A truly uncivilized response. The entire reception team was very rude and spoke in a vulgar, disrespectful manner. 2. I had an appointment at 8:30, but it was 9:50. The next day, I was scheduled for 3:00, but it wasn't until 4:00. They have no concept of time. The receptionist loudly said, "This is Vietnam, not a foreign country. Every hospital requires queuing." I wondered if that's how they schedule appointments for patients? 3. The male doctor wasn't wearing gloves, a doctor's coat, or a name tag, and I didn't even know his name. The male doctor even whispered to me, "If you want implants, I'll tell you to go somewhere else, don't get them done here." What????? Another woman sometimes identified herself as a doctor, sometimes as a nurse. 4. I request that the authorities check the licenses and qualifications of the doctors and nurses here. 5. When I left, they gave me a very flimsy bag, without even a box for the dentures. And the packaging had the name of a different dental clinic on it. I am so confused 😕 Luckily, I hadn't had dental implants done by them yet. The doctor even said they didn't know how to do implants, yet they dared to advertise extensively on social media. In the end, I lost my 50% deposit with an incomplete product that didn't fit my teeth.

They have no concept of time. The receptionist loudly said "This is Vietnam, not abroad. You have to queue at any hospital". I wondered, is that how they schedule appointments for customers? 3. The male doctor did not wear gloves, did not wear a doctor's coat and had a name tag and I did not know his name. The male doctor also whispered to me "if you want to do implants, I will tell you to go somewhere else, don't do them here". What????? In the end, I lost 50% deposit with an incomplete product. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE AND DO ANY DENTAL SERVICES. THEY SPECIALIZE IN SCAMMING VIET KIEU. BE CAREFUL 🙏

Dental clinics all hire QC artists with no idea about their skills, but I've been to 2-3 clinics and all the doctors said that the teeth were ground down too much below the gum line (violating the biological line), causing gingivitis and having to remove the porcelain crowns, which costs money, and redoing new teeth. When the front is finished, the back is too thick and food will get stuck. The important thing is that after finishing, the bite is much more open than the original!!! at that time was still foolish but now discovered it REGRET FOR HAVING PORCELAIN TEETH HERE THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN REAL TEETH, young people with good teeth should keep them, once they are ground down they will never be the same again haizzz... anyway in a few years you will have to spend tens of millions to make a new set, you can't keep porcelain teeth for life, I hope your real teeth are still strong

The advertisement is so grand and splendid, but when I got it done, I had to go 4 times to get it done. My teeth were not beautiful quickly, and the treatment was not beautiful either. Every time I went, it was from morning to afternoon. It wasn't that there were many customers, but the teeth couldn't be fixed. Going back and forth was very tiring and painful. In general, whoever gets it done should research carefully, but I regret coming here.

Good service, dedicated staff. However, there are some who are not considerate to gullible customers. If you are afraid of pain, you should ask for a numbing layer before the actual injection. In the morning, there is a serious shortage of staff and dental rooms, ONE doctor can be sent to 5 dental cases at the same time.

The space is spacious and airy, and the service is quite good. The consultants are very enthusiastic, and you can book an appointment in advance for convenience. They offer a full range of services, from cosmetic dental veneers and orthodontics to various types of implants. The only drawback is the lack of parking; you have to walk to a nearby building, which is a bit inconvenient.
