I have had 4 implants done by Dr. Ford here and am impressed by his gentle care, attention to detail and skill. He gives very good advice and explains the dental treatment accurately with X-Ray photos. Definitely recommend.

When I arrived, the staff scolded me, saying, "Our clinic opens at 9 am. When you message me, you message me at 8 am. There might not be any reply. And don't message me through multiple channels. When I arrived, the staff asked if I wanted the medical certificate and receipt like my friend's. So I said yes. When it was time to pay, the staff asked me to transfer the full amount. So I told them that I wanted to use social security. The staff at the counter didn't look very happy and said that they had asked the customer at first that they would claim it themselves. I probably will only use the service once. (But the short-haired staff at the counter provided good service.)

I came in to get dental implants. The service was very good and fast. It didn't hurt much and the price was very reasonable.
The service is good, but it's a gamble. I've been using their services for 2-3 years, and have had good and bad doctors. Most recently, I encountered a doctor who was terrible; they constantly yelled at the assistant and spoke to me rudely. I don't know what they were so upset about. Since then, I've switched clinics.
The teeth scaling was painless, and the dentist had a very gentle touch.

He kept scraping and scraping and when he was done, he told me to rinse my mouth and that was it. Have any other doctors ever had their teeth scaled at other clinics? In my experience, other clinics take more than half an hour. Today, I spent 1,000 baht for two people to do it, 2,000 baht for scaling and 15 minutes to finish. Isn't that too much? I've already spent 60-70,000 baht, only to end up getting braces again. (The first time I was a customer, the service was excellent; the dentist answered all my questions. Over time, they started brushing me off and rescheduling my appointment for two months, then rushed to finish it.)
