My dental appointment wasn't as painful as I expected. The dentist was very gentle, and the staff were attentive and friendly. This was my first time using their services. I have a wisdom tooth extraction appointment soon, and I definitely won't go anywhere else; I'll be coming back here for sure. Lots of likes!!!

The clear aligner treatment costs over 100,000 baht, but it's extremely difficult to see the doctor. Even arriving on time, you're made to wait for hours. it almost a month for a follow-up appointment. After getting all the aligners fitted, you have to wait over a month to get another appointment with the doctor. You even have to wear the same aligners repeatedly for a month (instead of the usual weekly wear). The aligners are practically breaking down! The staff doesn't coordinate with the doctor, causing patients to wait inconsistently and providing extremely poor service. They really need to improve. It takes a lot of effort to schedule an appointment, waiting in long queues is a huge waste of time, and the service is terrible. I feel completely hopeless when trying to contact this branch.

The wait was extremely long. Anyone planning to come here should allow plenty of time. Even with an appointment, I still had to wait an hour and a half without getting anything done. It's even longer than going to a hospital.
The doctor provided excellent advice and service, and the assistants were also good. However, the service and queue management have remained the same for years without improvement. It's like many people are lined up at the same time. Arriving 15-30 minutes early doesn't guarantee you'll be allowed in on time. You absolutely need to allow plenty of extra time if you plan to visit this branch.

This is terrible. I came to ask for treatment for my wound. I called yesterday and they told me to come today. When I came, they said they had already deleted my history. Is that simple and easy?
