The staff at the counter are very attentive and manage the queue well. Appointments must be made by phone beforehand. The doctor can be strict at times due to patient stubbornness, but the treatment is excellent. Even cases that other clinics wouldn't accept for orthodontic treatment were handled well by the doctor.

You get what you pay for here it seems. I asked for a cleaning and stain removal. The cleaning was like 5 min max, and they hardly removed any stains, even when I asked twice. They said “we got the stains”. Came out of it and saw they barely touched them.. recommend going elsewhere.

I went to get a cleaning and clear retainers since I lost my retainers for the millionth time. Retainers were done within the day and they accepted my delta dental insurance!! You pay first but they will give you the receipt and you just give that to your insurance company to receive the reimbursement. I was surprised. Also, always ask for Dr. Pajaree!! Yesterday I went to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was the last in line. The doctor and all the staff were very kind and skilled. They worked quickly. I'm a scaredy-cat and panicky person, but they gave me a very gentle injection.
