I had a very bad experience, I had two crowns done. Well, first one had to be veneers because it was a healthy tooth, and then they did a crown over a cavity. Well, it never stopped hurting. I made a complaint and nothing happened. They didn't take responsibility. They told me I had to pay for the crown again. Excellent customer service, cleanliness and organization, state-of-the-art technology, and very friendly staff.
After much research, I came to my own conclusion that this clinic is top-notch and the doctor is a master at what he does. Completely sincere and honest, very informative about what he's going to do and the results to expect. The receptionists are incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere is very calming. He has advanced, high-quality equipment to provide the best service. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend them. The patient care is excellent, the facilities are modern and spotless, and the treatments are performed with cutting-edge technology. I've been having procedures done there for over a year now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I am grateful to Dr. Barrantes for his care of me and my family. He was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend him.
