ed bridge was to be placed after the implant removal. During this period, I was on sick leave several times and was also under specialist care for a diagnosed agoraphobia with panic disorder. For these medical reasons, I had to cancel or reschedule appointments well in advance. I also provided the clinic with the relevant medical findings and confirmations (surgical report, sick notes, etc.), so the situation is fully documented. I was ultimately informed that I would no longer be treated because of the canceled appointments, as the relationship of trust had supposedly been broken. This was very disappointing for me personally, as I would have appreciated more understanding during a difficult health phase. I don't want to completely dismiss my initial positive experience with the consultation, but I find the way this situation was handled very disappointing. Previous review: A highly recommended dental clinic. Dr. Huber Gergely is an understanding and very competent dentist. He explains everything patiently. He has helped me a great deal so far. I have had very negative experiences with other clinics and I'm certainly not an easy patient – nevertheless, I have always received help (Dr. Huber Gergely even took care of an implant that wasn't placed at this clinic and was causing some problems); that is absolutely not something to be taken for granted. I am very grateful for that. The receptionists are also always helpful and very friendly.
