I waited almost 20 days for the appointment, and on the day I called to confirm the time, only to find out it had been cancelled, by someone I don't know! They couldn't fit me in and couldn't do anything, only schedule another day.

I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time because of a bad experience with a dentist. Dr. Fernanda reassured me greatly; she was super attentive and kind. Impeccable service, from the reception, both from Dr. Fer and Dr. Lislaine, who also treated me. They won my heart, I highly recommend them.

The service and care at the clinic are excellent, without a doubt the best. The receptionists are very friendly and Dr. Fernanda is wonderful, super attentive, explains each procedure with great patience and solved my toothache problems that other doctors couldn't. Without a doubt the best doctor, I have my teeth cleaned with her every 6 months and I highly recommend her.

I don't know why they have WhatsApp, because they send messages to schedule appointments, they ask you to call, if I could or wanted to call, I wouldn't have sent a message on WhatsApp. I couldn't understand the logic of that.
