I would like to sincerely thank the clinic for their honest and professional approach. From the very beginning, I truly appreciated the transparency and the way everything was explained clearly and factually. I never felt pressured into unnecessary treatment or upselling. Instead, I felt that the doctor genuinely wanted to help and provide the best possible advice based on my situation. The doctor was competent, calm, and straightforward, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. It is rare to find a place where you feel that the priority is your well-being rather than profit. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional dental care.

While traveling from Japan, I munched on banh mi, chicken from Lau Ga Laay, and Dalat pizza, and as a result of overworking my front teeth, my temporary front teeth fell out. I read a few reviews and heard that this clinic has an excellent doctor, so I decided to visit. The clinic and unit were very clean, and the treatment was very thorough. (They don't put towels on your face like in Japan, so your face will get soaked, so ladies, be careful! lol) On my way out, the doctor even kindly asked me to come back if I had any problems during my trip. The total cost was 50,000 VND (3,000 JPY), which I was a little surprised because in Japan, a private treatment would cost around 2,000 JPY. Well, it's worth the inconvenience while traveling. *Credit cards are not accepted, cash only. Thank you!! On my way home, after getting on my Grab Bike, I noticed two super cute, chubby cats at the entrance to the semi-basement, and I regret not having had the chance to interact with them.

Dr. Khiem is my savior. I had a crown placed at a dental chain in Dalat. After a month and a half, inflammation set in: my face was swollen, and it was painful to eat, drink, and even exist. At the same clinic, they told me without further ado: the tooth needed to be extracted and an implant placed. This decision seemed too radical, so I went looking for a doctor with real surgical experience and proven qualifications. Out of a dozen clinics, only one openly provided information about the doctor and his certifications. That's how I found Dr. Khiem. He carefully examined the situation and determined the most important thing: the problem wasn't with the tooth with the crown, but with the adjacent tooth. After that, everything fell into place. In just a few appointments, the doctor relieved the acute pain, cleaned the canals, took X-rays, prescribed treatment, and calmly explained every step. As of today, there's no swelling or pain. They didn't scare me, didn't rush me, and didn't push unnecessary procedures. I am truly grateful and will highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a competent and honest dentist. Had a chance to visit, tooth decayed, abscessed and had to pull out... luckily the doctor injected anesthetic so it was painless, the extraction was painless, after taking the medicine as prescribed there was no pain, no swelling at all. Fast, professional, gentle skills. 100 points
