Been here past six week ago. Find that doctor are very professional, friendly and giving detail explaination before performing the tooth extraction. Very worries of the pain while extraction of tooth. Had perform 3 tooth extraction in a single visit without pain. Thumbs-up for her overall professional customer services too.
Great dentist. Three word to describe this dental.... Professional, friendly and customer oriented. The best I have visited so far.

Thanks to Dr Ooi's professional dental service provided to solve my dental problems. Dr Ooi will ask me problems faced and provide the suitable solution suits to me. This is my third time getting dentures. The previous two dentures were only good for looks, not for eating or chewing. I had to take them out every time I ate, and each time I wrapped them in tissue paper. frustrated that I didn't dare wear them anymore and didn't want to get new ones. Luckily, my brother introduced me to Dr. Ooi. He said Dr. Ooi's extractions weren't very painful, so I decided to try her. She is a very professional and patient dentist. She answered all my questions. She patiently taught me how to put on and take off new dentures. She is a trustworthy and highly recommended dentist. The service here is top-notch 👍, and the prices are reasonable.
First time visiting this clinic after recommended by a friend. the condition of my teeth, provided explanation on the before & after of my condition, things to take note/ tooth care etc. Clinic looks simple and clean, yet with the right tools/ equipments to provide the types of service required. They don’t try to hard sell you any of the products. Overall experience is good. My husband who hates visiting dental clinic (due to past negative experiences) said he would definitely visit this clinic again.

Excellent service, clinic & equipment very clean and hygiene. Professional, gentle, patient and effective while performing the procedure with detail explanation, options and suggestions. Highly recommended especially to those who is afraid of dental treatments like me.
Dr Ooi is extremely professional and had explained the procedure very detailed before the extraction process. Overall service and procedure are excellent which everything goes smoothly!
The dentist extracted my tooth quickly and painlessly, and the price was reasonable. Very good.
First time experience here today. Went in because of my toothache getting more serious. The dentist was very kind and patient to calm me down and finding which teeth causing me pain. Dr Ooi is nothing short of excellent. She took her time to explain my dental issue and gave me treatment options available. This is the fastest tooth extraction I have ever had, and it was completely painless, to the point that I was surprised when she said it was done.
