My partner and I were treated incredibly well at this Sanitas clinic! From the receptionists (sorry I don't remember their names, but there were three different women, all very nice), to the hygienist Lesly and the dentist Juan Antonio, everyone was super professional, friendly, honest, and showed they genuinely care about their clients' health (unlike many other dental hygiene centers that just…

My experience at this Sanitas center has been disappointing. The staff's treatment was inadequate, and the requirements for obtaining a medical report seem excessive and unreasonable. I went with my daughter for an orthodontic appointment. After the appointment, I asked the doctor for a report and a copy of the X-ray. However, the receptionist denied my request, stating that I needed to present…

I find it contradictory that the center has no problem providing the estimate (with my daughter's information) and a complete prognosis, but then establishes such restrictive requirements for providing medical documentation that I believe should be readily available to the patient. I will be filing a formal complaint both through my employer and directly with Sanitas, as I believe these procedures are inappropriate. Furthermore, if Sanitas does not resolve this issue, both parents will file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) for the potential violation of our rights regarding access to our daughter's health data. I absolutely do not recommend this center! It's shameful!
