Thanks to Dr. Michael, our daughter only agrees to come to him for dental treatment, because we had an unsuccessful attempt to numb the tooth at another clinic, which caused fear, which my daughter overcame thanks to the approach of Dr. Michael and the kind nurses.

We're dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided. A 7-year-old's teeth cleaning took only 3 minutes, was poorly done (left a yellow coating), and cost 20,000 dram. Furthermore, there was a long wait because the dentist was chatting with someone else, talking about personal matters rather than business. which teeth needed filling, they didn't give a clear answer. They only showed us one and said, "Well, there are a couple more." This is a completely unprofessional approach. The dentist's name is Mikael. We had previously seen another dentist at a different clinic; our teeth were perfectly white after the procedure, and the cost was significantly lower.

Your appointment was for 2:00 PM, and you were seen at 2:05 PM, which is consistent with on-time appointment standards. In pediatric dentistry, communication with the child and parent is an essential part of the appointment – the doctor establishes rapport, explains the treatment process, and creates a comfortable atmosphere. These are not "personal conversations," but an important part of working with children. Regarding teeth cleaning, pediatric dentistry does not aim to "whiten" teeth, as parents often expect. Children's enamel may have a natural yellowish tint, and this is not an indicator of poor quality work. We would also like to point out that no high-quality procedure can be completed in 3 minutes. Even the simplest procedure requires time to be performed safely and correctly. Regarding treatment, the doctor will provide preliminary recommendations based on an examination. Additional diagnostics are sometimes required for a more precise plan, which is standard practice. Our service fees are fixed, transparent, and available in advance on all our platforms. We sincerely apologize for your experience, and we are always open to dialogue to discuss the situation in detail.
