The clinic is very nice and comfortable, but the attention from the medical staff is spectacular, I recommend it 100% x 100%.
Doctors Micó and Santoyo are fantastic, very professional and meticulous in their treatments. They also seem very honest and genuinely concerned about their patients' health. I highly recommend them.
On our first visit, this treatment was recommended as the best and only option, for which I paid over €2,000, placing my full trust in the clinic's professional judgment and seeking what was best for my son. y reporting this situation, we were always told that "everything was going very well" and that the treatment was progressing correctly. At most appointments, he wasn't even seen by the dentist, but by an assistant who simply congratulated us on nonexistent progress. After more than a year, with all the splints practically unused, I clearly expressed my concern and requested a solution or a change of treatment, explaining that my son hadn't been able to use the splints. The response was that the treatment was already finished, that everything was perfect, which I consider unacceptable, given that it was never carried out correctly. I feel deceived and deeply disappointed. I believe they have taken advantage of the trust of a mother who was only seeking the best treatment for her son. I regret ever going to this place. It was a huge mistake.

The patient has been treated for over two years at our clinic, always by licensed dentists and orthodontists, specifically Dr. Teresa Santoyo and Dr. María Benlliure, with scheduled regular checkups and documented clinical follow-up. All visits and check-ups have been conducted in a professional setting, with objective diagnostic records (3D scans and radiographic tests) that document the treatment's progress. As with any orthodontic treatment, the results depend on both professional follow-up and adherence to instructions and regular attendance at scheduled appointments. It is incorrect to claim that the patient has not been treated by qualified professionals. Complete clinical records exist that support the care provided throughout the entire process. Out of respect for the minor's confidentiality, we will not go into further details in this public forum.
Yesterday I finished my third appointment at MIDSA and I can only say that I highly recommend it. From the professional quality of the diagnosis and treatment to the warm, personal service, it's the best dental clinic I've ever been to. Thank you so much!
The situation at this clinic, which appears family-friendly and welcoming but hides a truly awful reality, was utterly unpleasant. José María's wife is incredibly rude and arrogant, constantly belittling her employees. She humiliates them and, with extreme disrespect, belittled a worker who, on her very first day cleaning the clinic, did all of the above to her, right in front of her husband. It…

was a trial day, and she wasn't told whether she would be discharged. This message is for the next cleaner who starts working here: be very careful with that woman and don't let her walk all over you, because she'll treat you like she's living in the Stone Age.

I had a broken crown on one of my front molars and a chipped piece on an incisor. From scheduling the appointment to getting the new crown fitted, it took less than 14 days. The dentists there are very friendly and competent. I am very satisfied with the work done and highly recommend the clinic. Everyone at the clinic speaks English, and if necessary, you can use Google Translate.

Dr. Miko removed my last wisdom tooth. The whole process, from the X-ray to the removal of the stitches, went very well. I was always able to contact him and was impressed by his professionalism. I recommend him!
