Vitaly Gavrilin is an excellent specialist! He treated my tooth after three doctors in Finland recommended it be removed because the canals were too narrow for them. It was a long and painstaking process, but the result exceeded all expectations. Thank you so much, Vitaly!

was immaculate, equipped with the absolute star of the room - a state-of-the-art Carl Zeiss microscope, which made the entire procedure more efficient and comfortable. Before the procedure, Dr. Gavrilin took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions, which put me at ease and made me feel more comfortable during the surgery. During the procedure, Dr. Gavrilin’s precision and attention to detail were impressive. He used a microscope to carefully and precisely locate the root canal, and his gentle touch minimized any discomfort. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Gavrilin and his assistant monitored me constantly to ensure my comfort and lack of pain. After the procedure, I was scheduled for a follow-up visit and was given clear instructions for the healing period to make sure everything was healing properly and that I was not experiencing any pain or discomfort. I appreciated this care and attention to detail as it showed Dr. Gavrilin's dedication to ensuring the best possible outcome for his work. Very polite Dentist up until you have some issues regarding the work he has done. Almost six months later and still have issues due to this and make things worse, the filling that is supposed to last for years is now caved in and got a hole in it as the canals have been made so wide. After sending a few concerned emails to Mr Gavrilin, he mentioned that I still have a slight infection which I found slightly funny since I paid for a root canal to fix the infection. After bouncing a few emails back and forth I was told that i could have a procedure done called ‘microsurgical root canal’ to fix the apparent slight infection and pain which could fix the issue at an extra cost which I wasn’t prepared to do. After writing Gavrilin he offered me the op for free but due to my lack of trust in his work and false comments of normality regarding my pain of the failed procedure prior and being claimed as normal I didn’t want to proceed with his services and asked for a compensation as I have had to pay extra for trying to fix the issues he caused. When asking for the compensation he told me to stop “harassing him” and that I was being blocked (which he did & now removes my feedback or any further questions). This behavior goes against section 2 of the CED code of Ethics in the EU just by the neglection alone.
Attentive and caring attitude, modern equipment. Dr. Vitali Gavrilin is a pro in his field - he knows what he's doing, and is firm, practical and calm when doing it. It would be nice if you never needed a procedure like root canal treatment, but IF it were to become necessary, you can safely entrust it to him.
