My little one had a wonderful experience. We've been going there for years and he always comes back happy.
The doctors were excellent; my little Tommy was thrilled, even though he was very scared. The place is so pleasant that he forgot for a moment that he was at the dentist. The best in Temuco, highly recommended to all his classmates.
I inquired about my son's bruxism, and they referred me to a "bruxism specialist" who gave his mouth a quick check-up. She said she had no explanation for the bruxism and didn't know how to proceed because an orthodontist should evaluate him. We paid 30,000 pesos for a 20-minute session just to be referred. solution or explanation for the bruxism since she only does orthodontics. Then they proceeded to take impressions of my son's mouth and charged another 40,000 pesos just for that. It's a shame that they're profiting in such an unprofessional and unethical way. Now, with no solution and only vague explanations, they made us spend 70,000 pesos. It's a disgrace.

Before making comments that may be offensive or unfounded, it would be a good idea for you to contact the doctor in charge of the case so that you can discuss and clarify any concerns you may have. We would like to explain that the reason for the initial consultation was your son's bruxism, a matter that was addressed by our specialist in this area. After an evaluation, which cost $25,000, it was determined that the bruxism is primarily due to the shape of the child's palate and oral breathing. Therefore, you were referred to the orthodontist for palatal expansion treatment, who will evaluate the option of placing a maxillary expansion plate to improve palatal growth and, consequently, breathing and bruxism. All of these details were clearly explained during the consultation and recorded in the clinical record, which we can provide you with photographs for reference. During the clinical examination with the orthodontist, the presence of a transverse deficit and a deep palate were confirmed, and the possibilities of expansion with a plate were explained. To perform the necessary orthodontic study, molds were taken, which cost $40,000. It is important to understand that in health cases like this, there are no quick, simple, and inexpensive solutions, as you might expect. It's always a pleasure to come to his checkups with my son. We're still beating the Villains of La Boca. The service is quick, clear, and friendly. The waiting room is full of games, glasses to choose from, and then you go into the examination room. There's a TV with cartoons on the ceiling while he's being seen. Paradise.

The best office for children! Everything is designed to keep children happy while they are being treated! I've been taking my son here since he was 1, and from the moment he walks in, it's a magical experience!
