This dental practice gives a first class service. I had root canal and fillings replaced with no pain. It is a modern clinic with English spoken within walking distance of a metro station. This practice has changed the way I think about density.
I've been using their services for two years now and had been through a lot with their doctors - from small cavities to bloody surgery with stitches :). Even my daughter (now 8 y.) goes there feeling comfortable and without being scared.
I have visited this place the last month and I can state that it is a very good center, new, well functional, with many professionals. I was treated very well by doctor Grozev, he is an amazing dentist and professional. checkup and a subsequent dental cleaning, I still had a teeth to extract that was hurting me. I called the clinic and asked the doctor in charge of my case to send me again the address of the center where he told me to perform the panoramic scan since the clinic doesn't have one. I have received just a plain address, not even the name of the center or the name that I could have found on the bell to ring. After 1 hour walking in that area and asking people nearby, I wasn't able to find the place and so, I have decided to call again the center to have more information by the doctor himself, starting with the name of the place. When the employee picked up the call, I exposed my issue and she just said: "moment" and then, she just hung up on me. Crazy. After 10 days they also called me to check if I was going to the appointment for the extraction. I guess there is zero communication and care for the customer by who is charge of that. Moreover you are going to lose a bunch of time between checkups, cleanings and panoramic scans to do on the other side of the city.

Thank You for the response, let us clarify little bit the situation. On the last working day of the year You called us to schedule an appointment and to ask for the address of the x-ray lab, we understood that You were in great pain so we offered an appointment for the 4th of January for our emergency patients( the first work day of the new year) but You declined and we offered the next appointment that suited You better which was 2 days later. After the call we sent You the address of the lab, after that there was an emergency in the clinic and we were not able to talk after that moment, we expected having the address would be enough to find the x-ray lab because there is only one entrance on the front of the building. On the day of the scheduled appointment we called You to see if everything was OK with You and have You managed to do the x-ray. You said that You were not able to do it and You would not come for the appointment. We understand that You were in pain and there was miscommunication. We will continue to treat the patients with our utmost care.

Very nice place, the father was there for his wedding and was impressed by the professional and polite attitude.
I was a client of Dr. Grozev for a filling. There were two problems: - they gave me anesthesia without asking me if I wanted it - high price. For a small filling they offered me two options: 1) with a cheap polymer (120 lv) 2) with a better polymer (190 lv)
For the moment I am satisfied. Excellent attitude, equipment and hygiene. The prices are relatively high, but I am correctly informed about them. I hope there are no surprises and that I will continue to be satisfied, since I am at the beginning of the treatment.
Good and professional individual approach to the patient, for which I thank you! Clean, new, welcoming and comfortable place. Modern, expensive equipment and definitely not for everyone. But.. every good thing has its price.

I needed to fix a worn out Inlay and the dental Team did the removal of the old Silver inlay and rebuilt a new tooth in just one session. I am very impressed and happy with the work done. Even the local anesthetic was applied effortlessly and without any pain. The Dentist explained through and through every step of the procedure. I would recommend MG Dental Clinic to my friends without hesitation.
They were gentle and took the time to explain what they were doing. Cleanest dental office I've been to and very hi-tech. Reasonably priced too!

It's not one of those places that convinces you, it's just obvious. They work calmly, they talk little, but to the point, and in the end the result says it all.
My visit to this dental clinic was an extremely pleasant experience. I was greeted kindly from the moment I entered, and the doctor and the nurse who was on his team were great and the doctor took the time to explain each step of the treatment. The procedure was painless and full of attention to detail. I will definitely continue to visit them.
