I did my braces here for 3 and a half years, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Dr. Cindy is very patient, professional, and always explains everything clearly.

Dr Isabelle was great. She explained the procedures very clearly.
Did my Invisalign here with Dr Goh. Took the promo package and had 3 scans in total thru out the 2 yr journey. And it’s was all included in the package. Received many compliments during CNY abt the perfect smile. Strongly recommending the Invisalign treatment here.

The doctors here are actually very nice. And i am a regular visitor for the routine cleaning. But the front desk or whoever is the one arranging the appointment is terrible. the appointment on Thursday 26-Mar-2026 5:45pm. I asked why not is the agreed appointment time? They just mentioned misunderstanding and asked me to come on 5:45pm. I got shocked, if you push my time 10-15 minutes i also can accept. Very bad behaviour and totally doesn’t care about other’s schedule! I then asked for another day’s 5pm, the message since 15:26 and no one replied until 17:37. Such a simple making appointment also can’t do properly. If they gave me a courtesy call and explain why the appointment was delayed and ask me if need to reschedule, i would have accept too. But they don’t respect people’s time and agreed scheduled appointment. Very arrogant and bad attitude!
Dr. Ooi is a very professional dentist; I highly recommend him.
