Dear Judit! You are not our patient, but an employee of the neighboring Jázmin hairdressing salon. We bought from you, but the product did not suit us, so we returned it after half an hour, but we did not get the price back. We wrote down our opinion about what happened, and you made unfounded, vindictive assessments, as if you had never been to our dental office. Your behavior does not exactly indicate great intelligence.
I was maximally satisfied with the services provided there. From the reception to the dental treatments, everything is 5 stars. The patient really comes first there.. I went there anytime as if I were going home. There was no unpleasant feeling that I had to go to the dentist. Maximum trust was developed with everyone.

Don't be angry at this time, the trust is gone, they didn't even call me for two weeks, it cost 760,000 HUF and they didn't call back, this is not normal, those who were successful and managed to get their dentures done at this clinic are happy, but what about those who didn't??? I think that a compromise could have been made, there is some big scheming behind signing such contracts, I am convinced of it, I was not alone in this. My honor is clear, I will pay for the bad work, but that such a large, well-run clinic cannot compensate 1 person makes you think "maybe I am not the only case" but it is instructive, I have never been cheated like this in my life, they didn't treat me like this, so I know what happened and how the other party knows too????? Hello, are there any further developments in this matter? I contacted the conciliation commission and they said I am not right. I can contact the commission. The owner said that her husband is her attorney and will protect her. So, experience. If you contact Menta dent and you are not satisfied, leave the money you paid in advance and contact someone else because you can fail big this way. This is a lot of experience for me!!!!

All dentures need to be adjusted and there is a process of getting used to them, which we have told you several times. We cannot help if the patient is not cooperative. If you can resolve the issue yourself and would like to take advantage of the free correction appointments, we are happy to assist you🥰 In the meantime, there was a consumer protection procedure, where the council determined that your complaint was completely unfounded, and your application was rejected!
