My son Andian is 5 and a half and can't wait for his preventive appointments with Dr. Mihaylova to check his teeth and bite development. I can barely convince him to leave the office, he is so interested. I highly recommend it for children who want to get used to visiting the dentist's office without stress.

Very professional and human staff! After years of searching for a good dentist in Sofia, I finally found one of the best surgeons, Dr. Jihad. I have a real phobia of dental procedures, but he was incredibly patient, calm, and professional. He knows exactly how to manage patient stress. I felt safe and well-cared for despite my anxiety. I am extremely pleased with Medstom, both from the attitude, professionalism and organization. Dr. Chankova is an exceptional specialist, and her attitude towards children is incredible, even when they are very scared and have a strong fear of the dentist. The staff is also extremely kind, attentive and responsive. I highly recommend!
The place is good, they work fast but they charged me with Operative Surgical tooth removal (150 euro) for an erupted wisdom tooth which in their website is priced (63 euro to 135). Super scam. I had no incision and sutures (stitches), they removed it for 5 min.
My visit to Dr. Fadi Mohamed was an experience that completely changed my perception of a dentist. I was impressed by the extremely fast service and professional attitude in the office. The result of the procedure is simply excellent, so I highly recommend his services to everyone!

With an appointment scheduled... the doctors' consultation was conducted between them in Arabic in front of the patient. You can't afford to use your native language in front of a patient, at least not respectfully!
This dental clinic is a big disappointment for me and my daughter. We had several teeth (several fillings) done, with full trust, on my six-year-old daughter. a second of the teeth that had been done became inflamed. My daughter barely slept for a few hours. Early in the morning (around 8:40) I called for an emergency. They said they would return my call as soon as they spoke to Dr. Mihaylova. At around 3:00 PM I called again, as the promise seemed to have been lost. No one answered my 4 calls. There is a receptionist. Today, around 10:00 AM, they called me, I was unable to pick up. When we managed to get through around 10:30 AM, they informed me that they would not be able to take my daughter. So... Anyway, she's already booked with another dentist. Maybe important, who she's interested in... Their attitude is extremely incorrect, unprofessional, and the second tooth they did (Dr. Mihaylova) had inflammation... everyone can decide for themselves.
I am not happy with my last visit to the medical center. I have been a patient of Dr. Ondos for a year and I am happy, but I had to visit the center because of a loose temporary crown. The woman at the reception during our conversation was rude and not very responsive, when I asked how much a temporary crown would cost, which is in principle is free, she replied "I don't know, they will charge you…

When I arrived and entered Dr. Dimov's office, I said several times that I was coming for the temporary crown to be temporarily glued, which will be removed within a month to be replaced with a permanent one, there was no answer to the question of how much it would cost. And in the end, without telling me, the doctor put permanent cement on my temporary crown and I was charged 35 euros for this service. It seems that they acted this way just so they could charge me, which is not normal at all.

Speechless! Horrible! We had an appointment but the clinic was closed! We called 100 times and no one picked up the phone! Because of this clinic, absolutely all our plans went wrong!
