Was attended by Dr Amira yesterday 26/8 8.15pm. Very good in explaining about the condition one of my tooth. And what’s the next step need to be done. Friendly too 😉 The receptionist very helpful and friendly too.

I had a wonderful experience at Medini Dental Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Just had my teeth scaled and polished by Dr. Rizal. Very nice guy and highly professional.
All of the staffs are friendly and helpful to my all queries. My 2 front teeth was done professionally. Shout out to the dentist who help to fix my teeth.. great smiles now.

I traveled all the way from Batam to Medini Dental Clinic. I was truly satisfied with the service from Ms. Irene, Dr. Rizal, and the other staff. They were very helpful during the appointment. My mum did her dental root canal treatment at pearl clinic. Dr Amira did very detailed explanation before the treatment. She was also very gentle and careful during the whole process. My mum was very satisfied with the whole experience

Great customer service! Came at 1pm for appointment and immediately served by the receptionist, after register straight for treatment. Super fast! Dentist and assistant was very patient and thorough throughout the whole process. Will return for appointment in future.
The staff and doctor was so nice and knowledgeable - the place was so clean and calm. Everyone was so professional and accommodating - there was no hard selling and prices was ok. Good job team!
