Subsequently, several dentists consulted in France identified problems with the crown placement, leading to leaks, infections, and gum inflammation. Today, I have been advised to have the entire treatment redone in France, at an estimated cost of over €24,000. I have not received a medical report despite several requests, and the travel expenses have been entirely my responsibility. The advertised guarantee did not, in my case, allow me to obtain any concrete support. This experience had significant consequences for my health, and several practitioners refused to intervene due to the complexity of my case. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this clinic and urge future patients to exercise great caution and ensure they have clear and documented medical follow-up before committing to treatment.

From the Doctors' tests, Accounting Specialists to the best of all (the Adviser) and how he is handling all of the above amazingly,I will walk you through some details about him and how what he is doing is so important and providing to you throughout your trip from the beginning to the end.Just keep in mind and be willing to any differences that occur to your deal over there because it may be some changes on their based test results and X-rays, in my case at the beginning, they said I don’t have to get any Bone Graft but later on after the X-rays test they found out I need to get some (Bone Graft and Sinus lift) So that will add slightly extra on your estimated treatment price but in the end, it will benefit you in the nearest future to get best results, and make the job done right, I believe it’s worth it.Let's talk about the doctor who handled my teeth implant,I wanna give him 10/10 due to the incredible job that he did with me. He's a great Doctor, very professional, and I really recommend him. His name is Doctor Mohamed Farid. He walked me through all of the details about the teeth implant and the stages before and after the procedure, not enough words to describe the great job that he’s done with me.And I also want to talk about my great experience with the Advisor that got hired for me by Medico Clinic before my trip began. His name is Sultan, what a great guy and I honestly don't know from where I should begin my word's to describe the ultimate outstanding job that he achieved with me, believe me this is my honest word. I want to share with you all and make you feel what I've felt with them all during my trip. I had contacted him in many different times and he always answered me without any hesitation and most importantly he solved the issue and gave me the right answers. He also contacted me many times after my trip just to check up on me, what an amazing guy, I really recommend him. He is absolutely above and beyond.I want to mention that he solved two issues that occurred during my trip in Turkey. The first one was the hotel room, he helped me switch my room to a better one because the first one wasn’t clean enough. The second issue was with the coordination department at Medico clinic, after I finished my implant procedure they told me we have to see you at least one more time just to evaluate the implant procedure before you return back to your home country, and the coordination department will contact you very soon to setup an appointment with you for the reason above. But unfortunately, they did not contact me until the last day before I left Turkey and it happened only by a big help from my advisor (Sultan) he got me through. I’ve contacted them (coordination department) many times and they did not respond professionally to my request, they said later to me! I had to contact my advisor to arrange an appointment and I found out later that’s happened due to a high volume of patients. They missed out my appointment accidentally, and for that reason I will give them 7/10. I hope that’s not going to happen next time with me or with other patients because evaluations are very important specially for someone came from a very far country. Hotel, food, and transportation are very good no complaints at all and I will give them 10/10.Overall I had a good experience traveling to Turkey especially with Medico Clinic. I’m happy with my results and I will definitely rate them again on my next trip to them.

I also appreciated that the clinic followed strict hygiene standards and used top-quality materials. Appointments ran on time, and the overall experience felt well-organized and professional. The hotel I stayed at was a five-star property with exellent service. The transfer from and to airport was also covered by the Medico clinic. I also like to express my gratitude to the clinic's manager, Lana. She is a true professional who knows how to handle any situation. She speaks 5 languages, which is extremely important when working with patients coming from all over the world. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey.
