A very disappointing experience—I definitely wouldn't recommend them. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My teeth were filed down very roughly, causing damage, and since then I've been suffering from constant pain and uncomfortable sensitivity that hasn't improved at all. They also placed an immediate implant for me, but it fell out after only one month, which is completely unacceptable. On top of all that, they give you one price upfront, but when you arrive you're surprised to find you're paying almost double. The drivers were punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly, taking me back and forth everywhere I needed to go without a single worry. I never once felt unsure about logistics; everything was handled with such care and precision that I could simply focus on my treatment and recovery. The clinic itself was truly state-of-the-art. Modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology, it immediately reassured me that I was in safe hands. But what stood out even more than the facilities was the staff. Every single person I encountered was fantastic — warm, kind, caring, and always eager to help. They constantly checked on how I was feeling and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. The dentists were exceptional. Before every procedure, they explained exactly what they were going to do, step by step, which helped calm my nerves more than I can describe. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, I felt listened to, reassured, and genuinely cared for. For someone who has always feared dental treatment, that meant everything. During my first trip, I had multiple root canals and extractions completed — work that would have taken me years to sort out back home. The efficiency, precision, and professionalism were remarkable. To have so much accomplished in such a short time, while still feeling cared for and comfortable, was beyond what I expected. It honestly feels like they have saved me years of ongoing dental problems. Now I’m back in England healing, and I’m amazed at how minimal the pain has been. My recovery has been smooth, and I feel optimistic and excited rather than anxious about returning for my second trip to have my caps and crowns fitted. That alone speaks volumes about the trust they have built with me. What truly shows how much they go above and beyond is their willingness to problem-solve and support their patients no matter what. When I didn’t have enough time to stay for my temporary retainer, they immediately offered to send it to me in the UK. That level of care and flexibility is rare they genuinely prioritise their patients’ wellbeing over anything else. This experience has completely changed my view of dentists. What I once associated with fear and stress, I now associate with professionalism, compassion, and reassurance. I am incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received and couldn’t be more pleased with the results so far. I’m genuinely looking forward to returning to complete my treatment, which is something I never thought I would say about dental work. She made sure everything went smoothly and that I was comfortable at all times. The clinic’s hygiene and cleanliness are exceptional. want to finish the job. Resulting in very costly needs repairs that I can’t do although it was supposed to be covered by them. The clinic offer high recommendations by some Arabic stars. But it look for me that you either pay like movie/Tv stars or your job will not be proper at all and you will need to come back back again in few months or so Also be careful, as they offer “Hollywood smile” as a standard, which mean melting all your teeth those working fine along those that don’t which will results in you losing your proper teeth for a fake smile while you could fixed and kept your original teeth instead. Be careful of people selling you a look or something your teeth doesn’t really need! Just discovered that they just kept roots in after root canal treatment as per X-rays showing
