In my opinion, it's the best dental clinic in Salvador. The professionals are excellent, including the receptionists and other staff. The team of dentists, composed of Dr. Reginaldo, Dr. Gustavo, and Dr. Jeovane (the latter is responsible for my oral health), exceeds all expectations. It's a unique experience. feel unbearable pain and a lot of sensitivity in one of these veneers, which had to be redone by Dr. Jeovane from the same clinic and it turned out well. However, this procedure left my tooth tiny! since it was necessary to fix what had been poorly done. When I sought help from Gustavo because of the pain caused by the veneer, he didn't know what to do or how to solve it. There was no apology, nothing. In fact, he wanted me to pay him the remaining amount owed. Therefore, I transferred this amount directly to Dr. Jeovane's account, who saved my tooth! Of the 4 pieces placed in Oral Medicine, 3 caused problems. Over time, my gums became very sensitive, swollen, bled, and painful. I was seen at another clinic in Salvador, where I underwent procedures to reduce the pain. The dentist even ordered blood tests because no one understood what was happening. But, at the beginning of 2023, I couldn't stand the pain anymore; my gums were in terrible shape. I went to another dental clinic so they could find the source of my problem, which was jeopardizing my oral health, not to mention my emotional state and all the expenses I had to cover! I had all the requested tests done, went to consultations, had my teeth cleaned—all to eliminate possible causes of my pain. But it wouldn't go away. The dentists said that if it didn't go away, I would have to have surgery. Only after detailing the procedure performed by Gustavo could the dentists determine how to proceed. Diagnosis: invasion of the biological space due to improper placement of the prostheses. I underwent a VERY invasive surgery, a gingivoplasty, where the ENTIRE upper gum, in my case, was cut and lifted with a scalpel. A catheter was used to drain any blood that fell out. It was the worst experience of my life!!! Images of the surgery were taken by the professional responsible for my oral health. Healing took months! For this reason, I would never return to oral medicine.
