I've been going to this dental clinic since its inception, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Not only are they extremely professional in their treatments, but they also retain their clients thanks to their friendly, caring service and advice focused on the patient's health. I have nothing but praise for the care and professionalism of this clinic, especially Alba and the head dentist, Cecilia Melero. I've been to other professionals before, but never with the same care and attention to detail that Cecilia shows to ensure everything is perfect. It's a sure bet!

I hope that drunk doctor doesn't continue. I've never felt so bad. They put a plate in to take an X-ray after a filling because my tooth was hurting so much. That piece was cutting into my gum, and I screamed in pain, because that doctor ridiculed me. Dear Maria mcpc, We would love to respond to your specific case, but we have searched our database and have no record of a Maria Mcpc. We are certain you have mistaken the clinic, as, among other things, we do not have physical name tags as you describe, since everything is done digitally. You mention a "doctor" but don't even specify the name, which undermines your credibility. Furthermore, it's interesting to note that three out of three of our doctors are currently pregnant or have been pregnant within the last six months; our patients are aware of this, which is why we know you made a mistake in writing her name. Of course, there are no "drunk" doctors at our clinic; this is a very serious accusation that violates our code of ethics and raises legal issues for healthcare professionals. We are sorry you had this experience at another clinic, but please contact the clinic where you were treated and file a complaint accordingly. I agree that this is unacceptable and you should report it, but to the appropriate person. We will, for our part, report this review for false content. It would also be helpful if you included your full name, as this appears to be a fake review intended to defame us, something we're not concerned about because all our patients know us and how we work. In any case, we would be delighted to meet you and help you at our clinic if you've had a problem at another clinic. We would appreciate it if you would delete the review and contact the clinic where you had this problem. If there's one thing that characterizes us, it's our commitment to the highest level of satisfaction and the best possible treatment for our patients, as all our reviews attest. I'm very happy with the work done. I was afraid of the pain due to previous procedures where the anesthesia wasn't very effective, but Cecilia was very patient and managed to completely numb the area. If you're afraid of pain or experiencing intense discomfort, I highly recommend trying these professionals.

They handle urgent problems quickly, easily adapt to your schedule, and make you feel very comfortable in the clinic (since going to the dentist isn't exactly a pleasant experience for anyone).
