could celebrate Christmas with my family. However, when I got in line, my appointment was suddenly canceled and replaced the next day because the doctor's child was sick. I had already booked a return ticket for around 350 rupiah (land route). I understand the situation. When I arrived the next day, it was canceled and my ticket was automatically forfeited. Instead, I was given the solution of being treated by another doctor. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional. Why didn't I want to? Because I'd been screened and the results weren't good... They offered me another solution: reschedule it for Saturday, December 27, 2025. I automatically couldn't go back to my hometown. The funny thing is, the doctor came in on Monday, December 23, 2025. Why wasn't my appointment rescheduled for Monday? (A VERY ROBUST OPERATING SYSTEM) I wanted to go by air, and the ticket price was already 1.9 million... For those who asked why I didn't go for a check-up before Christmas, I was planning to return mid-January, so I ended up going almost two months without a check-up, and I needed it quickly. MY PARENTS JUST LEFT THE HOSPITAL TWO WEEKS AGO, WHY I INSISTED ON GOING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS... YOU HAVE NO CONSCIENCE!! EVEN THOUGH I HAD MADE A RESERVATION LONG IN ADVANCE... AND YES, THIS YEAR I WON'T BE AT CHRISTMAS!
Very disappointing and unprofessional. I made an appointment for 9:30 the day before. After arriving there before 9:30, the doctor wasn't there yet and had to call first to find out that the doctor had other business. We waited for more than 30 minutes, but the doctor didn't show up. Highly not recommended. These are the names of the doctors there, so please be wary.
I regret getting braces here. Dental checkups require registration at 9:00 AM and are very limited. It's like a ticket to heaven. Honestly, I want to leave the clinic with its terrible administration! We really value the clinic's time, but they never respect patients' time. Just seeing an orthopedic specialist for a checkup is a hassle, like fighting for concert tickets. You can't make an appointment. You have to follow their MANDATORY registration requirements! At 9 a.m., and you're not guaranteed to get a schedule that day. You have to register again the next day until you get a queue number. And so on. It's frustrating! orthopedic patients, don't take on too many. Orthopedic patients aren't covered by BPJS. My advice is to find another place. I've been an orthopedic patient here for a year. Bad experience.
Very poor service especially no fixed timings, had to wait more than 3 hours than my scheduled appointment. Thats so frustrating, i hope they fix their system soon.

s the only one busy and should respect his time, not the patient's, lol 3. They're often on vacation and we can't schedule appointments. If we want to go abroad, we can't schedule anything. I've even gone 2 months without a check-up. 4. When waiting in line, there are often elderly people sitting there, annoyed, accompanying their children, like why is the doctor taking so long? 5. It's really easy to get an appointment here, and then schedule it. "GOOD LUCK!" 6. I'm sure other patients agree with this review and the poor system. 7. Don't be fooled by reviews like mine. Now I'm safe and sound with a new doctor. Apparently, many former patients here have the same complaints as the doctor here.
