The best dentist in Medan. I've been a regular with Dr. Yuliana for years. Only here, no matter what I do, I don't feel any pain or soreness at all. The best in Medan.
my upper front teeth used to be so flaring that it looks like a flying superman, that is what my doctor mentioned. then within 2 months my teeth is neat and uprighted. im really happy with the results.

Unfriendly. Came in a group WITH 4 children? So according to the doctor, how many people did I come with? As if I came from one complex. I came with my children because I had already explained that my child could not be left alone. If there is a policy, it should be stated during the appointment. Regarding masks, I agreed and said okay to the nurse that everyone must wear masks when entering, that's why I haven't gone inside yet. How can a customer service officer be so disappointed? Because they had high expectations beforehand. Looking at Google reviews, even though there were previously those who gave 1 star, there were still those who gave good reviews. When I tried to come, I told them my house was far away. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time. I did it to get good treatment for my child's teeth. Perhaps in the future, this clinic can understand and appreciate the efforts of a mother with many children to bring her child to the dentist.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, one of our clinic's health procedures requires all visitors to wear masks, and we recommend limiting entry to one patient and one companion to minimize cross-contamination. The mother came in a group with four children, two of whom were not wearing masks. The nurse tried to explain this health procedure to the mother, but she seemed reluctant.
Thank you Doctor A. Choandry because my tooth that was pulled didn't hurt, even though my heart was pounding when I was about to have the tooth pulled, the doctor was friendly and didn't beat around the bush, and also thank you to Doctor Julyna who was gentle even though it was my first time at the MDSC clinic, it's recommended.
