This is one of those cases where we say that some bad things happen for a good reason! I went to the emergency room on a Sunday, called, and a few hours later the situation was under control and I was well medicated! Friendliness and utmost professionalism I went to the clinic with terrible pain and a huge infection and I was treated very well and attended to as quickly as possible I highly recommend it

I had my implants done at this clinic, and I had a wonderful post-operative experience. I've had my implants for two years now, and I can only say wonderful things about Dr. Tomás Pacheco and Dr. Rui Gomes.

Your watch must be fast because if my daughter was in the office for 20 minutes, that was a lot. Regarding the time, I was advised to go on a Saturday morning, to which I asked the dentist what she thought, and she replied to keep the time and day of the appointment, and so it was! *Exactly, Marta, it was suggested that you come on a Saturday morning precisely because children are more cooperative in the morning as they wake up more "fresh," and we have a pediatric dentist here, as mentioned on the phone. We are very sorry that you felt that way. You were not charged for the consultation despite spending 30 minutes in the chair unable to work. By giving one star, you are trying to destroy the image of a clinic that has always cared so much for your family and your daughter. When you booked the appointment, you were given recommendations regarding both the time and the specialty of pediatric dentistry; you insisted that it be at the end of the day, and you arrived with your child exhausted and unwilling to cooperate.

I was in Porto and unfortunately my veneer chipped on my vacation. They answered my call at 6 in the morning, I came in at 9 and left 30 minutes later. It’s a temporary fix for my veneers but they did an amazing job. The place was clean and service was excellent!
