Dr. Čarný is a true professional. For prevention, you need to make an appointment well in advance (I assume because of the great interest of patients:), but in case of acute problems, an appointment can always be found quickly. Dr. Čarný was recommended to me by my friend. I travel all the way from Česká Lípa to see him. He is a wonderful and empathetic person who gradually fixes my bad teeth. I can laugh again and don't have to put my hand in front of my mouth. He does his job 200%. I am very happy that my surroundings notice it. Thank you very much, doctor. I recommend this office to everyone, including nurse Romanka.
Since I've been visiting MC Dental, I've had beautiful and healthy teeth. The staff is always helpful and kind, especially Dr. Čarný.
Young professional dentists who speak fluent English. Super friendly, willing to take time on explaining what they do and very modern equipment. I walked out with a smile. :)
I tried to contact them 4 times. The receptionist had a really bad english. Two of the times I was told that they will call me back in 10 minutes, neither of them they did. So can´t really talk about the service they provide, since it was imposible to me to access it.
Professional and at the same time pleasant approach, nice and clean environment. From today on I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist. I only recommend it!!
