Nurse, great approach, everything went well, on your website you have written that everything is covered by insurance 211 after a short examination we were informed that two children had teeth pulled, which is about 8000 CZK. It's a big shame 🥹 unfortunately not everyone has that much money …

Hello, I will write about my first visit. Dr. Holiak is amazing. There was no problem with my fear of doctors and not just dentists. I had an X-ray, photos, and a check-up. Then he explained everything to me sensibly, suggesting what to do next step by step. The office is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment equipment, which surprised me very much. The treatment is painless. Dr. Holiak is a great dentist, highly qualified, very attentive and pleasant person. I recommend this office to everyone!
Friendly staff and a great attitude, prices are more affordable than in other clinics and they don't try to get as much money out of you as possible.
Mr. Holiak accepted me as a woman and my friend as a man, they did not inform him in any way that they were canceling his appointment. I looked at the reservation system afterwards and the appointment disappeared because I had registered my friend. 5 hours later I look at the reservation system and the appointment is vacant and they excluded my friend despite his Czech nationality, maybe because…

Hello, your appointment was neither confirmed nor canceled by us, we were closed the whole week from 4.12 to 7.12 due to illness. It was stated on the website, you could have noticed it when you looked at the system. Today you did not respond to text messages and calls.
The doctor is truly the best! After a tooth extraction, I can function normally right away, no swelling, no pain pills needed. I really highly recommend this office!!! :)

update: Since writing the review, two extractions of eight teeth, one of which grew horizontally and required about a half-hour procedure and stitches. Always very professional, excellent work by the dentist and nurse. Extracting eight teeth is never fun, but here it was very well managed and they are kind to the patients. t for registration, the second for a cracked filling, decay and amalgam replacement. The doctor and nurse are nice, calm, professional. When there are more options for doing or planning something, they explain the options and let you choose. They answer your questions. During the procedure, the doctor says what he has already done and what he will do next, so the patient does not needlessly stress about guessing. Overall, the doctor and nurse are very helpful. The white fillings look very good, I am satisfied. I am glad I came here.

Highly appreciated the service, they provided. I was given many different options of solving my teeth problems, from very affordable ones to expensive. The quality of treatment is no doubt supreme ! Also important point, that they are flexible with appointment reservation.

The experience with the doctor was amazing, definitely recommend. I had a broken tooth and it was fixed like new, very good quality. Went for another procedure after a month and it was very good as well. Friendly doctor and nurse.
No fashion house, no luxurious waiting room, but a nice smiling nurse and a very pleasant doctor who didn't frown at the condition of my "teeth", explained everything, suggested various solutions and treated me painlessly... what more could you ask for, thank you and I recommend it. Prchalová
