I can’t say that everything is terrible there, because maybe this is just my experience, but I decided to share my impressions.

We'd have to do it somewhere else. This incident happened between December 17th and 19th, and we had tickets to travel abroad on the 26th. After speaking with Dr. Merve, she contacted us and scheduled an appointment. While we were waiting for a refund, Dr. Binnur called the lab owner and promised to fix our teeth within a week. This time, they took measurements with a machine. However, after the first try-in, I canceled the ticket because the teeth were again defective. I'll never forget the doctor saying, "You're so patient. If I were you, I'd make a big fuss." Let me tell you, I also had a root canal at this clinic. They promised not to leave until you were satisfied, but unfortunately, I left the clinic in tears. Even though the teeth were defective at the last try-in (one short, one long), the doctor said nothing could be done; they would deteriorate; there was nothing he could do. He bonded the teeth. During that final rehearsal, Dr. Binnur displayed his failure with aggression and exasperation. I cried when I left the clinic, telling my wife, "Enough! I've been mentally unstable for the past two months. I'll never set foot in this clinic again." When my wife heard this, she immediately returned to the clinic and met with Sezayi, explaining their mistakes and our dissatisfaction. Sezayi said he would meet with my wife and do whatever was necessary. But no one called or asked. After 2-3 days, I realized I couldn't eat with my left side. I started experiencing pain in my front teeth, and my speech had already changed. I visited three different clinics in Kemer to see if we could replace the faulty areas, but all three required re-extraction of all the teeth, because the procedure was completely flawed. And they NEVER believed that this doctor, who boasts about having 24 years of experience, had performed this procedure. The first question was, "Did a novice do this?" All the doctors explained why I wasn't eating, saying the same thing. The bridge I used for the four teeth on the lower left side and the three teeth on the upper left side weren't shaped anatomically; they were perfectly smooth and sculpted like marble. That's why I couldn't chew. My lower front teeth were constantly touching my upper teeth because they were incorrectly made. The aesthetic flaws were already visible, and Dr. Binnur clearly saw this. A month later, Merve called us. My wife said we'd have to have all my teeth removed and rebuilt. She told me to tell Dr. Binnur about it. I STRESS THIS AGAIN: NO ONE HAS EVER OFFERED US A REFUND!!! If it had been offered, are we naive enough to refuse after going through so much torture? What person wouldn't accept a refund for a faulty job? Since that day, no one has called us again. At the clinic where I had my new teeth done, Dr. Binnur was very surprised when he removed the teeth she had done. The teeth were removed along with the root canal treatment performed in Markasya!! He said this should never have happened, and even broke 4 teeth, leaving only the roots. He had to perform 6 fiber implants! If you want to be toothless, if you want to be psychologically damaged, if you want to waste your time and money, go to Markasya! Don't you have any shame when you claim that the doctor responded to my wife's comment below and offered us money? IT'S ABSOLUTELY A LIE. We've already asked you for the money, but you ignore it because it doesn't suit you. All the teeth you did were wasted, and I've gone through so many troubles because of you. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE MY RIGHTS!

We went to several other doctors, and they were surprised, asking if an inexperienced doctor had fitted them. Believe me, the temporary crowns fitted at Markasya were crumbling after an hour. Even the staff there, Ms. Merve and Ms. Yulia, were shocked and embarrassed to see us. I've probably gone back and forth from Kemer to Konyaaltı 20 times, wasting fuel in the process. My money, my wasted time, my cancelled vacation... which one should I even mention? They made us live through a complete horror movie nightmare. I will NEVER forgive them. May every last penny of my money be cursed. I will already be writing a complaint to the Ministry of Health and other relevant authorities. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic; it would be the biggest mistake of your life, just like us.
